For over ten years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Nashville-based muralist Andee Rudloff on community-centered art projects that prioritize inclusivity, collaboration, and art as a tool for connection.
Idea Festival:
Together, we created the Idea Festival Collaboration Mural, a recurring interactive public artwork that brought together diverse community voices through shared visual expression.
Arts for All Kentucky:
We led large-scale activities for Arts for All Kentucky, creating accessible, participatory art experiences for individuals with disabilities.
Other:
Our public art work has also included neighborhood utility box wraps, large-scale participatory murals for local festivals, and temporary installations for civic events such as the SOKY Book Fest and regional marathons.

Through these collaborations, I’ve learned that teaching doesn’t always take place inside four walls—sometimes it happens in the middle of a street, at a festival, or alongside a child who’s picking up a paintbrush for the first time.
